Abstract: A major factor in measuring the educational achievements of vocational colleges is that students have good entrepreneurial and employment abilities. With the increasing demand for talents in society, vocational colleges, as knowledge gathering places and senior vocational and technical talent output ports, undertake the important task of cultivating vocational and technical talents for society. Nowadays, many vocational colleges attach great importance to improving students'entrepreneurial and employment abilities in the development process, and pay attention to providing correct entrepreneurial and employment guidance to students. The guidance work for entrepreneurship and employment has a certain degree of complexity and requires the joint participation of multiple subjects.
