Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Students' Entrepreneurial Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: Entrepreneurial ability is the integration of students' professional quality, innovative quality and other multiple elements. Combining the relevant situation of students employment and entrepreneurship, this paper takes the cooperation between schools and enterprises as the path to build a framework system for the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the cultivation mechanism of students' entrepreneurial ability based on multiple integration from the four perspectives of talent training system, diversified practice, optimization of social support, and optimization of entrepreneurial security system, it can effectively solve the practical problems encountered in the process of cultivating students' entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges, and provide reference for the optimization of students' entrepreneurial ability cultivation.
