Building of Graduate Tutor Teams in Local Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

Abstract: With the continuous development of higher education, the academic collaborative research-based graduate education model has gradually become a hot topic in the reform of graduate education in universities. This article introduces the concept and theoretical basis of collaborative innovation, analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of the graduate mentor team in local universities, and proposes the connotation, characteristics, construction path of the graduate mentor team in local universities under the perspective of collaborative innovation. The aim is to provide feasible ideas for the construction of the graduate mentor team in local universities.
