Abstract: Science and education integration as one of the effective means of cultivating innovative talents cultivation, the effective implementation of higher education, have the consciousness of the teacher team construction is indispensable, high level academic communication platform can broaden students' horizons, to understand the latest developments in scientific research, integration between colleges can solve problems in production, and can provide a platform of scientific research ability put to good use. Based on the above theoretical basis, this paper earnestly practices the construction of the integrated team of science and education, actively expands various academic communication channels, collaborates with enterprises to educate people, explores and forms the student-centered integrated training concept of science and education, and realizes that scientific research promotes teaching and scientific research teaching benefits each other.
