Research on the Construction Path of Innovative Teacher Team Based on Industrial College

Abstract: The construction of innovative teacher team is a new task facing vocational colleges in the new era, and also a new requirement to realize the modernization of education. This paper analyzes the current situation of innovative teacher team training in vocational colleges, and expounds the advantages of innovative teacher training based on industrial college by taking Zhonglian Industrial College as an example. In order to provide a reference for the construction of innovative teacher teams, the cultivation paths of innovative teacher teams based on industrial colleges are put forward, such as "providing platform, promoting adhesion and expanding space".
