Construction and Practice of Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching System for Process Control Technology Course

Abstract: In response to the call of the Ministry of Education to develop virtual simulation teaching, to meet the new needs of experimental teaching during the new era, practice the "student-centered" education philosophy, strengthen the concept of talent training based on ability, and serve flipped classroom teaching, a virtual simulation experiment teaching system based on configuration software and Simulink has been developed for courses such as process equipment control technology of equipment and control engineering and chemical process measurement and control technology of chemical engineering and technology. Practice shows that it can simulate the existing experimental equipment and complete the supporting experiments stipulated in the process control technology course. The operation steps and experimental results are consistent with the actual situation, providing a modern and information-based simulation platform for related courses. The system has been successfully applied in the flipped classroom practice of related courses.
