Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Interdisciplinary Innovation Ability of Material Graduate Students

Abstract: In the context of the construction of new engineering disciplines, interdisciplinary training of talents is an important measure to achieve the national reserve of innovative talents in the new era. This article aims to address the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of innovative abilities for graduate students majoring in materials engineering. It proposes measures such as formulating flexible and reasonable enrollment policies, developing personalized training plans, building interdisciplinary teacher teams and improving joint training systems, establishing interdisciplinary talent training platforms, and innovative teaching models to focus on cultivating strong innovative abilities a graduate student in the field of materials who can excel in interdisciplinary research.
