Abstract: Take the veterinary drug residue detection in agricultural products as an example, this paper expounds from the aspects of overall teaching design, teaching implementation process, learning effect, teaching reflection and improvement, show the teaching implementation process. Comprehensively analyze the content construction, learning situation analysis, teaching strategy, evaluation system and other aspects of the work, make the key and difficult points solved, the teaching mode reform and the use of modern teaching methods more effective, more reasonable design of teacher and student activities and use of teaching materials in the classroom, comprehensively deepen the reform of "three education", promote the deep integration of production and teaching, and promote the comprehensive improvement of teachers' education and teaching ability.
