Competition-Driven Reform of Innovation Talent Training Mode of Vehicle Engineering

Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of automotive industry, the talent training mode for vehicle engineering needs to be reformed accordingly. Based on the platform of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, for the needing of industry development and capacity training, the professional curriculum system is optimized and reformed, online-offline innovation practice platform are created, innovation consciousness, practical ability have been improved, the full promotion of the high-level applied innovative talents comprehensive quality in vehicle engineering has been realized.
