A Study on the Professional Development of English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Educational Informatization

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of educational informatization has added new vigor and vitality to English teaching in higher vocational colleges, injected new connotation into English teachers' professional development, and put forward new requirements for English teachers' professional ability. This study focuses on the current trend of educational informatization and the construction of teaching staff under the background of "double high" construction, analyzes the practical problems and reasons in the professional development of English teachers, aiming at providing comprehensive and efficient professional development paths and strategies for English teachers in vocational colleges and providing reference for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
