Evaluation and Analysis on Innovation Ability of Academic Postgraduates

Abstract: The research innovation ability of the academic postgraduates was investigated and analyzed from three aspects. The results show that: Firstly, the self-efficacy of postgraduates’ innovation ability is 2.487score. Secondly, the research quality of postgraduates, the research quality and ability of postgraduate’s instructor and the incentive policy of the university are the important factors that affect the promotion of the research innovation ability of graduate students. Three strategies are proposed to promote the innovation ability of graduate students: The postgraduates’ quality, the instructor's research ability and the incentive system.
