Abstract: Based on laboratory, based on innovative design thinking from innovation entrepreneurship education course system, cascade of entrepreneurial team, laboratory innovation entrepreneurship practice platform, campus culture construction of innovative undertaking, financial support and guarantee system of content and the creative talent training mechanism in colleges and universities implement path for the exploration and research. Finally the combination of qualitative and quantitative principles, through his assessment model to analyze the effect of the talent training mechanism, the results show that the talent training mechanism can improve the students' individual learning, improve the students' innovation ability, improve the students' innovative undertaking research quantity, help students to be the comprehensive quality of innovative talent.
