Abstract: The double innovation service of university libraries is not only an important way for libraries to support and participate in the training of school talents, but also an important direction for libraries to carry out service innovation in the 5G era. On the basis of combing the challenges encountered in the double innovation service of university library in the post-epidemic period, this paper studies the scene of double innovation service of university library under 5G enabling. It is considered that the library can rely on 5G technology to start with the co-construction and sharing of double innovation thematic cloud database, the cloud opening of maker space, the cloud practice of maker activities, the development of cloud teaching activities, the construction of cloud communication platform and so on to innovate and develop the mass entrepreneurship and innovation service in the post-epidemic period.
