Reform and Practice of Enhancing Faculty Teaching Ability in Hybrid Pathology Teaching

Abstract: : Pathology, an essential course medical students must take, is a bridge linking Basic Medical Science and Clinical Medicine. The traditional offline teaching method has problems that cannot fully motivate students and cannot cope with various unexpected situations. In the second semester of 2020-2021, we carried out online and offline hybrid teaching for the class of 2019 Clinical Medicine students, with the concept of multidisciplinary intersection and cooperative medical model and focusing on students' quality education. That also reformed teaching content and method. Not only educational quality obtained significant improvement but also teaching ability, information literacy skill and research ability.
