Abstract: It is an important work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to cultivate people by virtue and practice “three-full education” mode. This paper starts from the problems and realistic dilemmas in the training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities. Based on the Timmons entrepreneurial process model, this paper integrates the concept of “three-full education” into the entire process of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training, summarizing and refining the “bow and arrow model” for training innovative and entrepreneurial talents, then apply it in practice. Through strategies such as motivating the endogenous vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in the post-epidemic era, building a “three-mentor” working mechanism, creating a “four-tier ladder” incubation chain, planning a “four-way linkage” training path, and implementing the “N+10” talent tracking training plan, college students can be helped to clarify their entrepreneurial motivations, form entrepreneurial teams, integrate entrepreneurial resources and find entrepreneurial opportunities, thus maintaining entrepreneurial passion and continuing entrepreneurship. This paper plays a positive role in promoting the development of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for college students.
