Exploration of Curriculum Construction under the Model of Interdisciplinary and Integrated Talent Training——Take Business Administration as an Example

Abstract: The development of the new generation of information technology has changed the traditional business model and business philosophy. The interdisciplinary integration has become the general trend, which makes the business courses reform imminent. Taking business administration as an example, we analyze the problems of the current business curriculum construction. With reference to the teaching practice of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and the undergraduate training program of business administration majors of Five Finance and One Trade, we discuss the idea of curriculum construction for business administration majors and propose the path of curriculum construction from three aspects: curriculum system, faculty and platform construction. It provides a reference for the construction of business courses.
