Abstract: Through the syllabus design concept and teaching implementation of the practical training course of food microbial inspection technology, this paper expounds the teaching viewpoints, teaching ideas, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching assessment reform ideas of this course, carries out a new construction of the course, and strives to improve the leading position of this course in the specialty of food quality and safety, improve students' professional skills and gradually form a comprehensive education mode of post course competition certificate.
