Abstract: In order to accelerate the integration of online and offline teaching modes in higher vocational colleges for Medicinal Chemistry, this paper is on the basis of Wisdom vocational education online teaching platform. We analyzed the current situation of this curriculum and the characteristics of students, with the information technology, to attach great importance to the integration of two modes. To avoid rigid conjunction,we combine the process from three periods：before, during and after the class. So that by improving the students' interest in learning and independent learning ability,the colleges will achieve better teaching results, eventually cultivate high quality technical talents.
