Research on the Practice of Experiential Learning in Participating in the Rural Old-Age——Take the Course of Social Work for the Aged as an Example

Abstract: Population aging is an important trend in China's social development, training social work talents is an important measure to actively respond to the basic national conditions. The course of social work for the aged is one of the concrete ways to train the professional talents of social work for the aged. In view of the high compatibility of experiential learning and this course, students should participate in the rural old-age service to know and understand the teaching contents, so as to promote their active understanding and construction of theory, and to enhance their practical ability, the practical experience of exploring experiential learning in participating in the rural old-age.
