Abstract: People's awareness and concept of health have changed greatly with the development of the times and economy, such changes in real life puts forward higher requirements for the professional quality of nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching of Nursing Etiquette and Interpersonal Communication in higher vocational education and strengthen the application of team culture construction in the course. The paper first analyzes the teaching status of Nursing Etiquette and Interpersonal Communication in higher vocational education in China from the nature, concept, goals, contents and design of the course, then introduces what is team culture construction and its role, finally points out several methods of applying team culture construction in teaching of the course, thus providing reference for further improving the course of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication.
