Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, the society has paid more attention to higher vocational education. As an important force in carrying out ideological and political education for college students, the counselor group plays an important role in professional construction. Under the background of the new era, college counselors are facing a series of development dilemmas as well as development opportunities. We plan to put forward solutions from five aspects of system-oriented, process-oriented, capability-oriented, epoch-oriented and collaboration-oriented, so as to realize the educational purpose of cultivating people through moral education.
