A Study on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Master's Degree in Tourism Management

Abstract: The rapid development of economy requires the postgraduates in the new era to have certain innovative and entrepreneurial ability. The following problems exist: lack of a systematic theoretical system for innovation and entrepreneurship education, lack of cooperation with enterprises, lack of "dual-teacher" teachers, and lack of integration with relevant events. In response to the above problems, four cultivation paths are proposed: establishing a sound theoretical system, deepening the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, building a "two-teacher" teacher team, and creating a combined training mode of competition and creation, in order to promote the cultivation of postgraduate students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
