Abstract: College students' career planning education is a college education practice that guides college students to scientifically plan their career development direction, improve the matching degree of professional development, and enhance their employability and entrepreneurship. Since the new century, the career planning education of college students in China has become increasingly standardized, but its educational function has not been fully demonstrated. Career planning education plays an important role in ensuring the full employment of college students by educating and guiding college students to find the correct position of career development, establishing a correct concept of employment, and enhancing employability. It is conducive to college students to establish a scientific concept of career selection, employment and career, and combine career development with economic and social development, and personal value with social value. In the new era, we should strengthen college students' career planning education, adhere to the comprehensiveness of education objects, the professionalism of teachers, and the diversity of education forms, so as to better ensure the full employment of college students.
