Abstract: Order form talent training mode is in line with the common interests of current higher vocational colleges and enterprises in talent supply and demand. It is the development direction of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges, and it is also a powerful measure to solve the employment problem of higher vocational students. In this paper, Luzhou Polytechnic business school marketing professional order personnel training mode of practical teaching problems faced by the analysis, explore and think about the corresponding solutions. By optimizing the system and content of practical training courses, the effect of practical teaching can be enhanced; To strengthen the construction of teaching staff by employing enterprise tutors and promote the deepening of industry university research cooperation; At the same time, special courses should be added to strengthen students' integration into corporate culture; Improve the assessment system, improve the incentive mechanism, stimulate students' initiative and enthusiasm in practice, and realize the importance of practice.
