Abstract

Abstract: In the new era and new situation, the post-90s headteachers and post-00s college students are forming the mainstream, while the We-Media continues to expand. The environment for ideological and political work in colleges and universities has become a trinity, which are campus, society, and We-Media cyberspace. With this change, the ideological and political work in colleges and universities must truly transform from the unitary counselor-student model to a counsel-headteacher-student model, thus making the role of headteachers irreplaceable.
