Exploring the Promoting Effect of Urban Culture on College Students Local Employment under the Vision of Rongwan——Take the Vocational Education City of Guangdong as an Example

Abstract: The high-quality development of a city needs talents, and college graduates are an important part of the talents needed by a city. The problem of college graduates staying in local city is related to regional economic growth, people's livelihood development and urban progress. Urban culture influences the vitality, potential and innovation ability of a city, as well as college students' choice to stay in the city. Taking the vocational education city of Guangdong Province as an example, this paper discusses the influence of urban cultural brands on the employment of college students in the city from the perspective of their desire to stay in Qingyuan , expounds the strategies of guiding graduates in the vocational education city to stay in the city, and provides reference suggestions for urban talent development, construction and innovation.
