Exploring the Innovation and Practice of Scientific Research and Education from the Perspective of Instructors

Abstract: Scientific research and education on the basis of further education or education, the teachers close contact all aspects of teaching and educating requirements, using research project to improve students' ideological and moral qualities and training students' sound personality, and promote the development of students' physique and fatigue, etc, finally made the modern talents training target for the society be realized. Under the background of "three-in-one education", this paper analyzes the value implication of scientific research and education in colleges and universities, analyzes the realistic difficulties faced by scientific research and education in colleges and universities, and explores the innovation and practice path of scientific research and education from the perspective of counselors, so as to improve the ability of scientific research and education of counselors and the effect of scientific research and education in colleges and universities.
