Abstract: Under the background of the innovation driven development strategy, this paper analyzes the regional innovation resource elements of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, puts forward the path of regional college students' innovation and entrepreneurship talent training, expounds the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system of colleges and universities in the region, and introduces the practice of the summer study tour project jointly carried out by the colleges and universities of the Yangtze River Delta Engineering Education Alliance. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of regional college students' innovative and entrepreneurial talents from three aspects: curriculum sharing and co construction, the selection of practice base and students' organization and management.
