Construction and Exploration of Out-of-School Practice Base for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Medical Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Coordination of Medicine and Education

Abstract: Innovative entrepreneurship education is an important driving force for the reform of educational and teaching modes in higher vocational colleges. The construction of innovative entrepreneurship practice bases outside medical schools is an important grasp for deepening the coordination of medical education and the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges, however, there are still some problems at this stage, such as the low degree of recognition of innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical specialties, the lack of prominent professional features in innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical specialties, and the rigidity in the construction, management and operation of the innovative and entrepreneurship practice education base for medical specialties, the purpose of this paper is to build an off campus innovation and entrepreneurship practice base for medical majors and explore a new paradigm of innovation and entrepreneurship for medical majors in higher vocational colleges through the dual education of schools and enterprises from the perspective of medical education synergy.
