Abstract: In view of the shortage of cross-border e-commerce professionals in colleges and universities and the need to improve their skills, this paper puts forward the research on the talent training mode of cross-border e-commerce industry education integration in colleges and universities under the background of new business. This paper expounds the ability requirements of "new business" for cross-border e-commerce talents and the transformation of talent training concept under the background of new business. By analyzing the quantity and quality problems existing in the training of cross-border e-commerce professionals in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the talent competency model, the innovation of industry education integration talent training model under the background of new business and the construction of long-term guarantee mechanism, promote the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges and universities, and explore a high-quality development path for the cultivation of talents in emerging disciplines in colleges and universities.
