Practice and Exploration on Promoting Teachers' Professional Development by Aged Care Master Studio of School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: Master studio has become an important platform to promote teachers' professional development.The article introduces four parts:the aged care master studio founded background, performance results, leading the strategy and innovation practice. In this paper,the Practice-Facilitation-Reflection (PFR) oriented faculty development path is being constructed based on innovative practice of training reflective teachers ,including reflections from object, rational dialogue and personal development. The aim is to provide reference for the professional development of teachers led by master studios in higher vocational colleges.
