Abstract: There are many contents in university personnel training, and it is a very key educational content to cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Under the background of quality education, we should not only pay attention to improving students' practical ability, but also pay attention to improving students' comprehensive accomplishment. By doing a good job in cultivating college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, the university can not only enhance the competitiveness of college students in the society, but also meet the requirements of market economy development. The efficient and comprehensive implementation of educational innovation reform, after training outstanding talents for all fields of society, promote the overall development and innovation of society. Strictly follow the principle of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”and set up perfect innovative entrepreneurial talent training plan, work in the college students' innovative entrepreneurial education colleges and universities to meet the requirements of education in the new period, changing educational concepts, to the socialist construction in the new period to cultivate more talents with strong innovation ability, improve the quality of talent cultivation of universities and social influence.
