To Create a New Trinity Medical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System——A Case of Tianjin Medical University

Abstract: At present, our country has implemented a variety of policies and measures to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of college undergraduates. However, in the process of practice, students generally lack the ability to select independent topics, weak scientific research skills, insufficient independent learning ability, and the research is not thorough enough. Teachers have limited time for guidance the issues. Therefore, this research takes Tianjin Medical University as an example, through the trinity of "theoretical teaching-practical teaching-quality evaluation" throughout the whole process of talent training, hierarchical classification, taking into account the full and individualized cultivation, and activating the dual education of colleges and universities. Create endogenous motivation for talent cultivation. Help students shape the correct values of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, master the basic knowledge needed to carry out entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship activities, and form a closed loop for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.
