Abstract: With the social development and economic transformation, employment diversification, students' demand for employment has shifted from meeting basic survival needs to pursuing the need to realize self-worth. Facing this new situation, we should respect students' personalized development needs and actively explore the ideas and application paths of constructing graduates' employment portrait. Improve the accuracy of college graduates' employment through big data analysis technology to meet the increasingly diversified employment needs of college students.
