Exploration on the Construction of Curriculum Group in Agricultural Universities based on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

Abstract: With the introduction of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents training plan in China, the construction of course group is a positive exploration to promote the realization of innovative talents training in agricultural colleges and universities. However, in the context of "attaching more importance to scientific research than to teaching", there are still some problems in the course group construction, such as imperfect management system, uneven organizational level, lack of effective communication and interaction among the teachers of the course group, and great difficulty in the selection and development of the course leader. In this paper, from the perfect appraisal and the appraisal system for teachers in colleges and universities, perfecting the curriculum group management system, and construct the innovative talent training course group of teachers' communication way, and play the role of guidance curriculum group of teachers in practice innovation practice, this paper discusses such aspects as, in order to give full play to their role in innovative talent training course group.
