Abstract: In the context of the new era, the social is more in pursuit of high-level and high-quality talents, in order to better cultivate skilled and comprehensive talents and improve the employment rate of higher vocational students. Guided by employment and aiming at improving students' theoretical knowledge and practical ability, this paper probes into the teaching reform of modular teaching and traditional teaching mode in terms of teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, and puts forward the corresponding teaching reform measures. Introducing the modular teaching mode into higher vocational Chinese teaching, innovating the course content and teaching methods and improving the teaching evaluation system can effectively improve the course teaching effect, which provides a reference for the higher vocational Chinese teaching reform.
