Discussion on Chinese Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges based on Vocational Ability Training

Abstract: Chinese teaching plays an important role in the education system of higher vocational colleges. After the implementation of quality education, Chinese teaching has carried out multi angle changes, and is committed to effectively integrating the measures of vocational ability training into the current Chinese curriculum. Therefore, for higher vocational colleges at this stage, it is necessary to clarify the profound meaning of vocational ability as a whole. Higher vocational Chinese is of great significance to improve students' cultural literacy and professional post level. However, the Chinese courses set up by some colleges and universities deviate from the goal of cultivating students' professional ability, so the Chinese teaching in colleges and universities urgently needs to be reformed. Starting from the definition of vocational ability, this paper analyzes the importance of vocational ability training to the reform of Chinese teaching in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward reform strategies, which provides reference value for the reform of Chinese teaching in higher vocational colleges.
