Abstract: In order to achieve the goal of "three types" talent training, the "one body and four wings" talent training mode is studied and constructed. "One body " is the training of high-quality innovative, entrepreneurial and applied talent, and the "first classroom teaching", "school enterprise collaborative practice", "professional simulation training" and "independent innovation learning" are the four wings. The implementation of this training mode needs four measures to dynamically revise and optimize the talent training scheme, reform the curriculum system and teaching mode, establish and improve the monitoring and evaluation system of teaching quality and improve the level of professional teachers.
