Qualified Assessment of New Undergraduate Teachers Construction Research

Abstract: Under the background of standardizing the teaching work of undergraduate education in our country and under the system of undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation, this paper will start from the visual threshold of qualification evaluation and take the faculty construction of L college in Guangxi as an example, on the basis of summing up the current situation of the construction of the teaching staff in newly-built universities, this paper focuses on the analysis and research of the current situation, problems and construction ideas of the construction of the teaching staff in newly-built universities under the qualified assessment, with a view to providing practical and theoretical reference for the construction of the teaching staff of the newly-built universities, and providing talent guarantee and intellectual support for the talent cultivation and local economic development of the newly-built universities.
