Practical Research on the Improvement Path of Rural Teachers' Innovative Ability from the Perspective of Maker Culture

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor development status in educational idea , degree of specialization and innovation ability, this paper firstly analyzes the status quo of rural teachers’ current teaching innovation ability and the dilemma of improving rural teachers’ innovation ability; secondly, it puts forward a path to improve rural teachers’ innovation ability from the perspective of maker culture, including the construction of innovative curriculum teaching systems, innovative teaching content, and enhancement of careers. Skills training, strengthening the connection between basic education and major colleges and universities, strengthening the management of educational practice and internship; finally, through three steps of implementation plan, implementation method, and implementation plan, the rural teacher’s innovation ability improvement path in the perspective of maker culture is completed practice.
