Analysis of Teaching Management Reform Strategy based on Lean Management Idea

Abstract: Under the modern education concept, colleges and universities need to attach importance not only to teachers' resources, but also to teaching quality. The continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities leads to the shortage of teaching resources. Meanwhile, the management mode of some colleges and universities is insufficient, which affects the quality of teaching, and then affects the quality of talent cultivation. Therefore, scientific and effective teaching management mode is the key to solve the problems in colleges and universities. With the steady development of education, the concept of lean management plays a very important role in the teaching management of colleges and universities. This paper firstly analyzes the importance of lean management concept in colleges and universities, then analyzes the main problems existing in the current teaching management in colleges and universities, and finally puts forward corresponding solutions for reference.
