Exploration on Teaching Management of Higher Vocational College Enrollment Expansion under the Background of “Three Education” Reform——Taking Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Trade as an Example

Abstract: Millions of enrollment expansion is a major opportunity and challenge for the development of higher vocational colleges. Teaching management has become the core problem of higher vocational colleges after enrollment expansion. Deepening the reform of the three religions has become an important magic weapon to solve this problem. After deeply thinking and analyzing the necessity of deepening the "three education reform" in higher vocational colleges under the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion, the author puts forward multiple measures to empower the construction of teachers' team of higher vocational enrollment expansion. Resources integration to realize the construction of high-quality teaching materials; Teaching students according to their aptitude, innovating the reform path of teaching mode and teaching methods, helping to improve the quality of teaching management for higher vocational enrollment expansion, and ensuring the quality of talent training.
