A Study on the Impact of School Innovation Climate on Students' Entrepreneurial Intention in Higher Vocational Colleges——The Mediating Role of Personality Traits

Abstract: This study takes higher vocational college students as research object, taking the component model of creativity and innovation in the organization as the reference framework, and explores the impact of school innovation atmosphere on their entrepreneurial intention and the intermediary role of personality traits. Taking the component model of creativity and innovation in organization as the reference framework, this study found that the “adventure” and “curiosity” in personality traits have significant positive impacts on students' entrepreneurial intention in higher vocational colleges. School innovation atmosphere affects students' entrepreneurial intention through the intermediary effect of the “adventure” and “curiosity” in personality traits. School innovation atmosphere has no significant direct impact on students' entrepreneurial intention. Suggestions are brought up for educators to reforming higher vocational colleges in the future.
