Abstract: At present, vocational education ushered in a period of great reform and development, the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation has become the main melody of education, the construction of high level “double teachers” quality teacher team is a new topic urgently needed to be solved by schools and enterprises. From the point of view of the basic connotation, “double teachers” quality teacher team has its own concept, basic characteristics, distinctive characteristics and different types; From the perspective of the implementation path, schools and enterprises need to clarify rights, responsibilities and interests, establish a normal operation mechanism, improve the teacher training mechanism, and jointly build a practice platform for teacher training base, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of “double teachers” quality teacher team.
