A Study on the Cultivation Strategies of Online Learning Ability of Private College Students

Abstract: Guided by the theory of learning power, this paper formulated teaching plans and carried out empirical research on online teaching by combining the current situation of online learning of private college students and the actual needs of curriculum reform. It is found that the influencing factors of college students’ online learning ability include: students' learning foundation, learning motivation, self-management, learning support and hard environment. Finally, this paper puts forward the specific strategies for the cultivation of online learning ability of private college students: setting up students' lifelong learning concept and stimulating learning motivation; Enrich students’ online learning experience and make good use of teaching incentives; Change students’ learning concept and exercise their learning willpower; Provide learning support and evaluate learning outcomes; Create online learning soft and hard environment.
