Research and Exploration on Training Mode of PLC Skilled Talents in Application Oriented Universities

Abstract: The application-oriented colleges and universities aim to cultivate "application-oriented, innovative and compound talents". The existing teaching of PLC course is too theoretical, and there are still shortcomings in the advancing with the times of teaching content, the diversity of teaching modes, the interactivity of teaching methods and the scientific nature of the evaluation system. According to the orientation goal and course characteristics of applied technology talents, combined with the local industry needs, the ideological and political elements into the teaching process, put forward the "integration of teaching content, teaching method evolution, multi-dimensional teaching assessment" PLC skilled talents training mode of applied oriented universities.
