Abstract: At present, under the background of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic normalization prevention and control, how to survive and develop offline educational institutions has become a problem requiring urgent thinking and research. Under the influence of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the operation of offline educational institutions is faced with difficulties such as reduced income, space rent and labor cost pressure. With the normal management of epidemic prevention and control, the effect of the traditional enrollment model in the offline education institution market is gradually decreasing; Online education gradually reflux, OMO model has been developed; Technology-based education becomes the norm; The diversified development of customer demand, rational consumption and other changes. In the face of these changes, all kinds of offline educational institutions should innovate the traditional enrollment model and optimize the enrollment channels; Enhance the advantages of offline education in multiple ways; Accelerate the development of science and technology in institutional education; To meet the diversified needs of customers and improve the quality of offline education.
