The Exploration of "Double Tutorial System" in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Teaching Reform of Chinese Medicine Resources and Development Specialty

Abstract: It is planned to introduce the "double tutor system" into the undergraduate education of Chinese medicine resources and development major. With professional practice as the orientation and emphasis on practice and application, the "trinity" mentoring system of academic guidance, practice, innovation and entrepreneurship training and adult success will be formed throughout the four years. Select and employ tutors from school and the practice base jointly, and adjust and improve the training objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching means by analyzing the basic requirements of positions on knowledge, ability and quality. Develop talent training programs with distinctive industry features and suitable for students' sustainable development and enterprise needs, and pay attention to the teaching of students' industry and vocational knowledge and the training of practical skills.
