Abstract: College students' innovative and entrepreneurship training program has been one of the most important reform tasks in educational reform in recent years. For clinical medical students, it can break through the traditional teaching framework by combining medical knowledge with innovative entrepreneur,selecting the topics independently and carrying out the practice based on project-driven. It can improve the scientific research thinking, practical ability, clinical thinking ability and innovative ability of clinical medical students. It can also lay a good foundation for better entrepreneurship in the future. At the same time, through the development of training programs, it also provides a new stage for the improvement of teachers' teaching ability.
