A Research on Improving the Deep Coach Effectiveness for College Counselors——A Case Study on Inner Mongolia University of Technology

Abstract

Abstract: A deep coach refers to the depth, scope and precision that archived in college students' ideological instructions.A deep coaching to college counselors is the heritage, optimization and expansion to the original interactive mode between college counselors and students. Considering the college students' ideological situation and daily behavior characteristics, we used the cases that college counselors met during their daily routines to explore the method on improving the deep coach effectiveness for college counselors. This method was expected to promote the deep coaching of college counselors and will be also a significant reference further development of the theory of college counselor education.
